Lip Seals (Rotary Shaft Seals)
Application: Installed between rotating shafts and cavities for dynamic sealing, preventing lubricant leakage or ingress of dust/water.
Rubber Products: Lip seals (with or without metal frames).
Materials: NBR (general oil resistance), PU (high wear resistance), FKM (fuel/high-temperature resistance).
Working Conditions: Used in motors, gearboxes, pumps, etc., with shaft speed ≤5,000 rpm, pressure ≤1 MPa, temperature -30°C to 150°C.
Bellows Seals (Flexible Compensation Components)
Application: Act as elastic compensation mechanisms in mechanical seals to adjust for shaft axial movement or eccentricity, ensuring sealing surface contact.
Rubber Products: Rubber bellows (molded or hydraulically formed).
Materials: Silicone (low-temperature/weather resistance), EPDM (water/ozone resistance), FKM (chemical resistance).
Working Conditions: Suitable for cryogenic pumps (e.g., LNG pumps, -196°C), chemical agitators (acid/alkali resistance), with displacement compensation ±5 mm and pressure ≤2 MPa.
Gaskets & Bushings
Application: Static sealing for end covers and flange joints in mechanical seals, or as auxiliary wear-resistant bushings.
Rubber Products: Flat gaskets, corrugated gaskets, wear-resistant bushings.
Materials: NBR (general sealing), PTFE-coated rubber (strong chemical resistance), EPDM (water/steam resistance).
