Bellows Seals (Flexible Compensation Components)
Application: Act as elastic compensation mechanisms in mechanical seals to adjust for shaft axial movement or eccentricity, ensuring sealing surface contact.
Rubber Products: Rubber bellows (molded or hydraulically formed).
Materials: Silicone (low-temperature/weather resistance), EPDM (water/ozone resistance), FKM (chemical resistance).
Working Conditions: Suitable for cryogenic pumps (e.g., LNG pumps, -196°C), chemical agitators (acid/alkali resistance), with displacement compensation ±5 mm and pressure ≤2 MPa.
