Cable and Wire Sealing

Rubber products like EPDM seals, silicone rubber strips, and O-rings are critical for protecting cables and wires. They form barriers against moisture, dust, and contaminants, ensuring electrical insulation and durability.

Silicone rubber (with a wide temperature range of -60°C to 250°C) is ideal for harsh environments (e.g., aerospace, automotive wiring), while EPDM offers excellent weather resistance for outdoor cables.

Ex  rubber seals (e.g., in mining equipment) tightly grip cables to prevent explosive gas penetration, meeting safety standards.

Electrical Enclosure Sealing

Rubber strips and gaskets, such as EPDM foam seals and silicone rubber pads, are used to seal enclosures and cabinets, achieving IP65/IP67 ratings.

EPDM seals compensate for installation gaps, resisting ozone and UV radiation to keep out dust and water in outdoor switchgear.

High-Voltage Equipment Sealing

In high-voltage systems, EPDM O-rings and silicone rubber components ensure gas tightness and electrical insulation.

EPDM seals (rated for -45°C to 125°C) are used in SF₆ circuit breakers (complying with JB/T 7052 standards) to prevent gas leakage.

Silicone rubber strips insulate transformer windings, with high thermal stability to reduce partial discharge risks in high-voltage environments.
