The manufacturing process is strictly controlled from raw material formulation and foaming ratio to extrusion speed and dimensional tolerance, ensuring consistent density, uniform cell structure, and reliable sealing performance.

These foam extrusion profiles are designed to provide excellent elasticity, cushioning, and long-term sealing performance. They are widely applied in doors and windows, electrical cabinets, industrial enclosures, automotive components, and equipment housings, where dustproofing, sound insulation, and vibration reduction are required.

We offer foam extruded seal strips in various materials, including EPDM, NBR, silicone, and other customized rubber compounds. Custom cross-sections, hardness, colors, and lengths can be developed based on customer drawings or application requirements.
